When someone asks an AI where to go, is your business in the answer?

We check what ChatGPT and Claude can actually read on your website — and we fix what stops them recommending you.

Drawn by my granddaughter, age five. The house is the point: a person can find the door. A machine needs the note on it.
What we found

A dental practice in Springfield, Illinois has one of the best-built websites we have scanned — 97 out of 100.

We then asked ChatGPT and Claude forty-two questions a patient would actually type: best dentist in Springfield, IL, emergency dentist near me, who takes walk-ins.

The practice was named in one answer out of forty-two. Four competitors came up four times each. Both assistants knew the practice by name — they simply did not put it forward.

A good website and a readable website are not the same thing.

Three things, in order

01  Read

We fetch your site the way an AI crawler does — no JavaScript, no patience — and then ask the assistants your customers' questions, recording who gets recommended instead of you, with the answers quoted.

02  Fix

We write the machine-readable layer your site is missing: your business facts in a form assistants parse, a plain summary written for them, and crawler permissions that let the right ones in. Nothing about how your site looks changes.

03  Watch

Every month we ask the same questions again and send you what moved — where you appeared, who dropped out, what the assistants cited. The answers change; you see them change.

What we will not sell you

If your site has little to say, adding machine-readable data will not make an assistant recommend you — there is nothing there for it to read. The audit measures that too, and when it comes back that way we say so and do not take the money.

The businesses this works for are the ones with real information on the page and no technical layer under it. In the towns we have scanned so far, that is about one site in five.
